We can change the the feel of the Latex Mattresses or any mattress that Koala Mattress makes at our factory (no matter how long the customer has had it). We can also alter mattresses like the Inner Spring Mattresses made by Englander or any mattresses made by any other manufacturer, however it would void that manufacturers warranty.

We have a 30 day Comfort Exchange Policy, if you are not happy with your mattress you can exchange your mattress for another mattress at no charge..
