Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology

JLet us introduce ourselves. Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology (COBGYN) was founded by Dr. John H. Schulte. Since its inception in 1982, the practice has thrived, and now five physicians are on staff. You may review their biographies by using the hyperlink on the left.

Besides the doctor, we have a pleasant staff of employees to serve you. Mary will greet you at the registration desk. After you are checked in, one of our delightful nurses will escort you to an examination room. Cynthia, Jill, and Stacie generally work downstairs; Jan and Gwen generally work upstairs; while Sandie, Kathy, and Sara work in both areas. After your visit, Cathy and Susan will assist you at the check out desks.

The mammogram unit is operated by Gina and Laurie. We have had great reviews regarding their skill level. Most patients feel that these mammograms are the least uncomfortable they have ever experienced!

Some of our employees are behind the scenes, but are equally valuable. Karen is the office manager. Becky, Susie, and Marlene run the medical records department. Lana and Judy aid in the processing of insurance claims, while Ann is the pleasant voice who answers the incoming phone calls.

The office is open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. After regular business hours, the physicians can be reached by calling the regular office numbers, and a answering service will route your calls. In order to answer your questions promptly, please call early enough in the day to allow for timely responses.
